"Before I shut down for the evening, I would be remiss if I didn't pause to thank God for the 22 years He blessed me with my BEST friend & Hubby! Today marks the anniversary date of the date we said "I DO" in front of many friends and family members. Today is the first anniversary without my hubby. I had a beautiful quiet day reflecting on the joyous times we had and every moment together that I will forever cherish. Thank You to everyone who shared this day with us. It was kinda strange visiting Carlton's mausoleum knowing he wasn't there because I believe "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord". So, I just sat quietly by the beautiful waterfront which surrounds the mausoleum ...reflecting on the wonderful blessings God bestowed upon us as a dynamic duo. I can't even say "rest in peace" or RIP or RIH since I believe Carlton is in the presence of the Lord.. Those who knew him well, know that there is no way he is *RESTING* - I believe he is praising, dancing, playing a Hammond B-3 organ, rejoicing, directing a heavenly choir, producing music, writing music and giving glory to God with Rance Allen, Michael Shaw, Terry Bradford, his Dad "Daddy Malone", Dr. Robert E. Fowler Sr., Dr. Fred K.C. Price, Dr. Myles Munroe, Kenneth Hagin Sr., Missionary Faye Brewer and a host of other gentle giants that have been called home...and oh yeah... I'm sure Carlton is going from mansion to mansion giving scenarios and asking folks for pineapples.. LOL!!! That's an inside joke for those who REALLY knew Carlton! I can't help but smile every time I think of my wonderful husband and best friend who was the most amazing man I ever met.... "My forever love"... Thank You Jesus for your Amazing Grace, Comfort, Strength and Peace!"

Missing You – Glad you were Born!
This is just a simple not to reflect on the simple fact that if you were never born, you could not have grown up to be the wonderful man that I fell in love with and became best friends with for 22 years. You were my inspiration, my rock and I truly miss every moment with you, but I know that you are in a much better place with no more suffering and no more dying, so I pause to CELEBRATE the day you were born and
